minus 4ºC and snowing. That didn't stop me though and I soon felt quite warm in my 3/2mm summer suit once I started working hard.

A quick play in the waves then 8x 0.25 mile intervals with 0.25 mile recoveries into Borth and back before another little play in the waves.

Snowing the whole time!
